wyoming!!

Well, we are finally all moved and settled in. This is the first time we have had to rent a moving truck and move to a different state. It was a lot of work, but ended up being easier than we thought. Our apartment in Laramie is a lot smaller than we expected so we are going to have to downsize (again!) Which is so hard for me because I like to keep everything! Haha. You know...just in case I need it someday. :)
So besides the small chores of deciding what to keep and what to get rid of...we are pretty settled in. We have explored Laramie and now can navigate our way around town without the GPS. We have tried a couple of local restaurants and have already even discovered our favorite joint. And get this...eating out here is cheap! Seriously like $25 for Antonio, Hayden and I all to eat! I am even talkin' about in a sit down place, and the food is good! I had fish and chips, Antonio had a gyro and Hayden had cheeseburger and applesauce! And we even had an appetizer of homemade cheese sticks made with havarti cheese!
Another thing about this place that blows me away is: STARBUCKS is the cheapest coffee here! Can you believe that? AND...it is the best, we tried a local coffee shop and it royally sucked and was like $6 for a stinkin' coffee! Also...they don't believe in drive-thru coffee here. Everything is in shop form only. Sucks for me because getting both boys out just to grab a coffee seems ludicrous so I I guess it is saving me lots of money! Ha!
We have gone to Colorado a few times, to Fort Collins and to Boulder, Superior and Denver. Saw some fun things and have decided that we want to take Hayden to Fort Collins to see the Budweiser horses one of these weekends. We also want to go to South Dakota to see Mount Rushmore....we thought Antonio had a break from school every six weeks but it turns out he only has a break every three months. So...weather permitting and if the money is available we want to either take the kids to Mount Rushmore or to Tulsa Ok to see Antonio's childhood friend Beau. And then out next goal is to go to Fort Worth, TX to see my good friend Kala and her family and then on to El Paso to see Antonio's family. We should be able to do these on Antonio's breaks from school. We just have to save up gas money!
Well...just wanted to give an update on things so far, the kids and I are getting ready to go to wading pool. It's free and FUN!
